Hundreds of years ago, somebody decided that this would be a great place to live. If you look closely, you can see some of the people on tour here.Rain! We had loads of it - it the desert! ReplyDeleteWe saw the Anasazi ruins in 1993 while in Arizona. What a drive from Tortilla Flat to the mountain rim! The innovations that this culture used to adapt and modify the environment and use the available resources was incredible. And we complain about the cable being out after a windstorm?
